Validity	5 years from the time of purchase or recharge whichever is later
Cancel / Refund	Once purchased, the user cannot cancel or refund the Store Value Pass & remaining value respectively.

Advantage	Can save time by not standing in queues for tickets during every journey. No need to carry any media separately. Purchase through CMRL mobile app and get online QR for travel. For security reasons, QR will change daily. The same pass shall be used to pay CMRL parking fares and avail commuter discounts.

Note: If passenger performs entry and exit from the same station within 20 mins. minimum fare will be deducted from SVP
